Comfort and good restaurant

Cleaning of the room was not prefect.

Very Good hotel at reasonable budget,

Roms are very old, need to renovate, Toilets are bit old, may not give comfortable feeling.

Washroom need improvment. Locker is provided with wi-fi. Hotel is pure veg and alcohal is not served so it is good for family. I had a one day stay and it was cool.

Excellent stay, very clean and hygienic interiors of room safe locker within the room is very good. We dont need to dump our valuables at reception.

1) I stayed in room 212, The verandah was filled with all bedding material blocking 50 % passage. I feel you should have an separate service room to keep all junk. 2) The restaurant is fully booked in the evenings, i feel you should give some reservation to inmates. i had night dinner for both the days in your opposite white residency hotel as there was no place to sit in your restaurant. you should ask your reception to call in house customer if seats are to be reserved. my stomach was upset after having food at your neighbourly hotel. taking parcel is not an options , customer wants to sit and take fresh served foods. 3) I feel you should at least offer an compliment welcome tea or fruit juice or fruit pack etc if you cannot give complementary break fast. i have travelled all over india, was formerly branch manager of whirlpool of india, bangalore branch.my heart feeling is that you can offer compliment breakfast for the per day tariff of Rs 1600 + tax 4) The package tour also , you should have some pamplet like your travel guide pamplet . the travel agency showed me only 60 to 70 % of your guide paper( green color) and took Rs 1200 from me saying 8 hrs. atleast customer will know the places of visit .The travel driver does not inform the customer all places he is only seeing his watch./ no ethics

Centrally located and attached restaurant for convenience made me to choose the hotel. It has parking facility also.

The facility and hospitality is good. Cleanliness and housekeeping is awesome and we should not forget to say the quality of variety cuisines served in Akshara restaurent. On the whole, the stay was pleasant.

The food was excellent and the room was comfortable.

Even though the food is excellent, the rates are high especially the service charges if you have food at your room but if you have food at the restaurant then its lighter on your wallet. :)
